Amanda Spoto is a project management and strategic planning specialist with a passion for optimizing how teams collaborate to do their best work. She supports senior leaders with managing priorities, connecting big picture strategy to individual projects, and translating strategy into tactical execution plans so that teams have a roadmap for success.
Amanda has always been drawn to finding innovative solutions to big, systemic challenges. From the early days of her career as a middle school science teacher in Los Angeles public schools, she pioneered new teaching models and technologies in her classroom in search of new ways to connect with and engage students. Equally important to her leadership in the classroom, she sought out opportunities to scale her impact through leading professional development workshops and mentoring peers. Her desire to find creative ways to maximize impact continues to inform her approach to strategic planning and supporting organizations.
This same curiosity eventually led Amanda to work in the education technology and education political sectors, where she worked on solutions to the challenges of the public education system at a systems-level. During her tenure in politics, she led strategic initiatives to ensure that education campaigns were leveraging cutting edge research, data, and technology tools to win more campaigns. She is eager to apply the diligence and agility she honed while working on political campaigns to support social impact organizations in accelerating their ability to achieve their mission.
Amanda is thrilled to bring her expertise in strategic planning, project management, and innovative problem-solving to new sectors, empowering clients to achieve their goals and make a lasting impact on the communities they serve.
Amanda enjoys curating the perfect playlist and hiking around Los Angeles, ideally doing both.
